I received excellent care of the highest standard. Nice to be able to talk to someone who really cares and listens to you. I thought the procedure was explained fully and carried out explaining and showing me what he was checking and needed to do all the way through. I can't praise him or his staff highly enough. Thank you for everything. Brilliant. All good Excellent.

When I arrived the reception and team where so very welcoming that all my worries regarding the procedure and possible findings where completely forgotten. A very professional and caring team with a great attitude . Everything was explained to me before hand by the doctor , and during the procedure I was fully aware of what was happening as explained with no pain or anxiety . Following the procedure the recovery period was the same , with the team still checking and caring and even time for tea and biscuits before being discharged ,thanks to all involved .

Visited Evesham hospital to have a colonoscopy feeling very anxious, but I was soon put at ease by Mr Rajnish Mankotia and his wonderful staff. The care I had was very professional and I was completely relaxed and comfortable for the procedure. The Doctor and his staff kept me informed and I was fascinated to be able to watch the examination taking place on a large screen. From the time I arrived till the time I was discharged I was made to feel comfortable and very relaxed by the Doctor and all his staff and best of all I was given the diagnosis to tell me that there was nothing sinister going on. Many Thanks to Mr Rajnish Mankotia and his wonderful staff.
